We have set up a branch office in Dubai, focusing on developing the Middle East and neighbouring markets. Due to business expansion, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist who is familiar with pumps and valves to work full time in our Dubai office, responsible for local market development and customer relationship maintenance.

Job Description
1.Responsible for exploring the market in Dubai and around the Middle East, visiting potential customers, building and maintaining customer relationships.
2.Conduct business negotiations to facilitate sales co-operation of pump and valve products and follow up on project implementation.
3.Participate in online and offline meetings with clients to ensure smooth communication and drive business forward.
4.Assist Chinese company colleagues in Dubai and provide localisation support.
5.Regularly report on market dynamics and customer needs to provide reference for the company to develop market strategies.
6.Participate in industry exhibitions and events to enhance ATHENA Group's brand awareness in the region.
Tenure requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
2.More than 3 years of market development or sales experience, experience in pump and valve products or related industrial equipment industry is preferred.
3.Familiar with the technical characteristics and application scenarios of pump and valve products, able to communicate professionally with customers.
4.Excellent business negotiation and communication skills, able to independently complete customer development and maintenance.
5.Strong stress tolerance and teamwork spirit, able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
6.Fluent communication skills in English, knowledge of Arabic or chinese or other Middle Eastern languages preferred.
7.Familiar with the local business culture and market environment, able to integrate and work quickly.
Remuneration package
Competitive remuneration package based on the local market level in Dubai, which includes:
1.Monthly Salary Range: AED 10,000 - AED 20,000 (depending on experience and competence).
2.Performance bonus: additional incentives based on market development performance.
3.Other benefits: including medical insurance, annual airfare allowance, paid annual leave, etc.
